Cum prepari

1. Porniti cuptorul si adugati o folie de aluminiu in tava de copt.

2. Taiati si indepartati semintele ardeilor, asezandu-i pe tava (in sus). Puneti tava in cuptor timp de 10 minute, apoi scoateti si lasati ardeii sa se raceasca.

3. Indepartati pielea de pe ardei si apoi adugati ardeii impreuna cu toate celelalte ingrediente intr-un blender, pana cand amestecul se transforma in pasta.

4. Serviti cu paine sau legume.
